3 LAWS OF CONCENTRATION:
FOCUS YOUR EYES

Concentration is Key. Focus your eyes, like you’re driving on the road. If you loose focus on the road you’ll be fine. If you get distracted you’ll crash. If you goal is black belt and you lose focus you won’t make it. You have to keep your eyes on that finish line. Know your goal (where you want to go) and keep your eyes dead set on achieving that goal.

FOCUS YOUR EARS
Focus your Ears, This means to listen to what people are speaking to you about. You can hear what people are saying but actually listening to what others are saying to us is golden. When you can’t understand another language, you will be lost. You need to listen to what they are saying and understand what they are communicating so you can benefit from that conversation. Otherwise you will be wasting time. Not listening and making a mistake when you were already told a solution or the strategy to use to achieve your goals, is wasteful. Actually listen, put your heart, Mind and depth into what you can listen to.

FOCUS YOUR BODY
Focus your body. Things like, sitting up straight in a chair, standing tall when you’re walking down the street, meeting someone for the first time with your head up. All these things will help change your Physiology. When you change your physical position, you change your mood, emotions, confidence. It will all be effected by the way your body moves or is positioned.
So next time you are in a class or a meeting or working out. Be aware of the 3 Laws of Concentration. They will help you become a more alert, attentive, caring person and overall improve your life.
