This fitness class blends traditional Karate and American Kickboxing with the Ground and Pound fighting for a fun and safe workout.  This Non-contact, full body workout will give you an Official MMA Sweat!

 

Our Classes for Men and Women require no experience at all.  We will teach you the proper form and technique of the skill of the men and women participating in the MMA Sport.  You will have the knowledge to help defend yourself as well as getting a great workout in the process.

 

Members who train with us will receive an intense 30 minute workout.  5 – 5 minute Rounds just like a Championship MMA fight.  We cover every muscle of your body and keep you moving through the entire class time.  Members may go at their own pace, and every movement can be modified to fit your abilities and strengths. 

These classes are short because we know our members may not have a lot of time to commit to their workout, but know that the time they do have is valuable.  We pride in providing our MMA Fitness members the opportunity to get their workout in and train in the best opportunity and facility we can offer.

 

Classes follow a curriculum however are not required to take any Belt Tests or wear belts.  This is a benefit no other martial arts facility offers.  You will learn some amazing MMA Skills done by the professionals while getting an amazing life changing workout.
