1. Prepare
You must prepare yourself mentally, physically, emotionally for the challenges ahead. You will be hit with roadblocks, neisayers, haters, and self doubt. You must be prepared to handle all of them, when they come and stay positive. The only one who can beat you in your process to becoming a champion is you. You are the only one who can control your success. Don't let others or yourself get in your way to your championship!
2. Plan
Make a plan to follow. Without a plan you won't know where to start, what to do when somehting hits a snag in your plan and how to handle your dificulties. Plan your day, week, month, and year. These are a good start to your plan. Don't jump in the water without knowing whats in it first. There will always be hickups, but follow the plan, and stay on track. You will always hit the finish line if you stay on the track.
3. Surround yourself with like minded people
If you hang out with loosers, you'll be a loser. If you hang out with Champions and Leaders, you will be a Leader and a Champion. There is something about this that is soo true. You are inspired, good or bad, by those around you. If you have people close to you who you know are not in the position you want to be in, or have not been or had accomplished what you want to, then "Lose the Losers"!
Surround yourself with people who aspire to the same goals you want. Surround yourself with people who are the champions and leaders in the areas you want to get to and succeed. Eventually you will find that your inspiration, language, physicality, and mental "Syntax" will match theirs.
4. Go the extra mile
You can always do more. To improve yourself or even helping others. Going the extra mile means that you will be willing to sacrifice some things you have now for the reward of being a champion in the future. Some people are just not willing to give up what they do for more training time or give up that cookie for an apple or pass on desert when they are trying to loose weight. Go the Extra Mile and know that the reward is bigger and more valuable.
5. Never Give up
Don't surrender! You will feel tired, you will feel defeted at times, but when you are trying to succeed, when you are in the chase to become a champion, you push that feeling aside and "Drive On"!
There are probably thousands of success tips and steps to becoming a champion on the internet but remember, the one thing thta can take you to becoming a champion in anything you strive fore is YOU!. "The difference between a CHAMP and a CHUMP is U."
