TRAINING TIPS & SUGGESTIONS:

Bring your equipment to all classes.

Attend a minimum of 2 classes per week.

Make up classes by appointment only.

Attend the required amount of classes for testing.

Arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to scheduled class.

If you are late for class (wait for an instructor so that you do not interrupt their class)

Quietly prepare for class, not disturbing others.

Practice at home for better results.
