​TRAINING TIPS & SUGGESTIONS:

  • Bring your equipment to all classes.

  • Attend a minimum of 2 classes per week.

  • Make up classes by appointment only.

  • Attend the required amount of classes for testing.

  • Arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to scheduled class.

  • If you are late for class (wait for an instructor  so that you do not interrupt their class)

  • Quietly prepare for class, not disturbing others.

  • Practice at home for better results.

  • Always show Respect & always have Fun!
