2016 is here and if you’re like me, you’re already planning to get off on the right track by preparing in advance. If you haven't it’s NEVER too late to get ready for the New Year.

Here are 3 things you can do today to prepare for the New Year.

1. Set your goals

2. Believe you can achieve them

3. Take Action

SETTING GOALS: is like making your wish list for your life. Make a list and write each one down. Then go through the list and make an order in which you would like to achieve them. It doesn't matter what your goals are. It could be earning your Black Belt to Going to the moon! Just set the intention in your mind. Write your goals down and make them visible to yourself. Also (Optional) Tell others about your goals. This will keep you accountable to them.

BELIEVE:in yourself and what your capable of. BELIEVE and ACHIEVE! you have to! Belief is an extremely powerful thing. Look at the hundreds of different religions there are in the world today. People believe in something can change the world. Many famous people past and present use their beliefs to change not only their views and lives but the views and lives of thousands of others. People like Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., Cesar Chavez, and Barak Obama to name just a few.

ACTION: Belief without action is nothing more than an idea. So now that you Believe in yourself, and what you are setting out to accomplish this New Year. You must now TAKE ACTION! If your goal is to get in shape, and you believe that you can do it, then now you have to take action (with one caveat; FOLLOW THROUGH). Get to the gym, build that treehouse, get organized, read 15 books this year, whatever you do START and Follow through. BEGIN and PERSEVERE, and your Goals and Dreams will be realized this year.

NOW GO BE AS SUCCESSFUL AS YOU CAN BE THIS 2016!!!

OSU!
